think again. And if you are that good and have that kind of cash,
that is where you should go.
BUT,
if you are just starting out, have a pet project, or want to produce a CD that will compete in today's indie market,
we can help. We can get you almost 90% of the sound of a mid-class studio at 10% the cost. Why would we bother?
Because we love what we do, and our living expenses here in Baja California Sur are not the same as in LA or NYC.
We will consider any type of project, but are especially interested in developing local talent.
If you are coming from out of town, we can arrange great nearby accomodations for around $40USD
per night double occupancy, breakfast included.
Studio rates start at $100 pesos/hr (about $10 USD), or 6 hour blocks for $500 pesos for solo artist
recording and audio restoration. We can work out per song or per album fees depending on your needs.
Mobile recording rates start at $200 pesos/hr. Mastering rates are $100 pesos/song or $500 pesos/album.
